Returns Policy

Mother & Bump Boutique are happy to exchange or refund your purchases, please see below.

Refunds

If you wish to return an item, please email:  motherandbumpboutique@gmail.com  within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Please return items in the same condition as you received, with labels still intact and unwashed. Items should be returned with the original packaging.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method and should be received within 10 days of the item being received. During peak times, this may take slightly longer.

We do suggest returning your item via tracked mail, we are not liable for any returns lost in transit.

We do not cover the return postage cost

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange for a different size or different product, please email: motherandbumpboutique@gmail.com

Exchanges can only be processed for items of the same value. If the item your exchanging is to a different value, we will process as a refund and you can order the exchanged item in the normal way.

Faulty Items

We check every product before despatch, but should you not be happy with the quality of your item, please email us at motherandbumpboutique@gmail.com. Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Any items reported after 7 days, may not be accepted.

Please note: If the fault has been caused by accident or failure to follow care instructions we can not accept the item as faulty.
